Our Bespoke Invitation Process

The first step in our bespoke process is to get in touch by filling our form below. We will be in touch to organise a consultation where we get to know you as a couple and your wedding vision. We'll discuss the overall feel of your wedding, your style preferences, colour palettes, themes, and any specific elements that you’d like to incorporate. This is also the perfect time to talk about your budget and timeline, ensuring we’re aligned every step of the way.
What we’ll cover in our consultation:
Wedding theme and style (e.g., classic, modern, bohemian, romantic)
Desired mood and atmosphere for your wedding (e.g., elegant, playful, intimate)
Specific details like colour schemes, cultural elements, and personal touches
Desired formats (e.g., formal invitations, save the dates, RSVP cards, etc.)Based on our consultation, we’ll begin developing a design concept tailored specifically to you. During this phase, you’ll receive an initial set of design concepts for your review. We take great care in crafting a concept that feels authentic to you both, offering design options that reflect your style and the essence of your wedding day.
We encourage you to provide feedback during this stage, whether it’s adjusting colours, layout, or fonts. The goal is to refine the design until it’s exactly what you envision for your invitations. We’ll also suggest different paper types, printing methods, and embellishments that will elevate the final product and align with your vision.
What to expect:First draft of invitation design (with options for layout, colours, and fonts)
Recommendations on paper types, finishes, and embellishments (e.g., gold foil, embossing, custom calligraphy)
Collaborative process to refine the design
Now that we have a design concept in place, we dive into the details! At this stage, your invitations start to come to life with your chosen personalised elements. We will work with you to incorporate your desired colours, fonts, and wording to ensure that each piece feels uniquely yours. Whether you want a hand-drawn illustration, a custom monogram, or elegant calligraphy, this step brings those personal touches into your design.
Once the design is finalised, we’ll send you a digital proof of your bespoke invitations to review carefully. This is your chance to ensure that every detail is exactly how you want it, including spelling, wording, and layout. If you require any revisions or adjustments, we’ll make the necessary changes to ensure the final design is perfect. You will have the opportunity of four complimentary revisions.

Once approved, we’ll move forward with production
Once your design is approved, we begin the production process. We’ll take great care in selecting the highest quality materials and use our skilled artisans to bring your vision to life. Whether it's printing on luxury cotton paper, adding foil accents, or handcrafting each piece, we ensure the utmost attention to detail during this phase. We’ll keep you updated as your invitations are produced, from printing to assembly, and let you know when everything is ready to be shipped.
