The Stationery Process

Once you’ve envisioned your perfect look, complete our request form to receive a tailored proposal. This step allows us to fully understand your vision and any customisations you’d like to include, ensuring every detail is beautifully tailored to your day.
After receiving your request, we'll send you a detailed proposal outlining your stationery within a few days. This proposal will include all design elements, options for materials and finishes, and a breakdown of costs. Once the proposal has been approved and the deposit submitted, you'll officially be booked in our calendar.
We will begin the designing process, bringing your chosen designs to life with your selected colours, materials and finishes. You can expect a digital proof within two weeks via email to review the design and request revisions if needed, allowing you to refine each detail to perfection. Your order includes two complimentary revisions.
Once the final design has been approved, we begin the production process. Each piece is carefully printed, assembled and prepared with the utmost care, ensuring your stationery is of the highest quality. We package and ship your stationery directly to you. The process can take between 4 to 6 weeks depending on your chosen finishes and items included within the suite.
